I love it when my clients give me creative freedom to bring their vision to life.  This client was celebrating his father's 75th birthday and wanted to play off of his father's love for cigars and needed to feed 100 people. The middle tier of the cake is surrounded by pretzel rods that are covered in chocolate fondant and cocoa powder to look like cigars.  I love how it turned out and the birthday boy was over the moon when he saw the cake!
